Day 11, my design choices are pretty obvious here. Dwarves crush things and they are art deco.
An Elven Scimitar
Day 12, another easy pitch here. Art Nouveau and Elves being graceful.
The Sword of the Mouse King.
Day 13, Sam was very excited about this idea, but I did twist it a bit. The Rat king from the nutcracker + A sword forged from the broken remains of several others.
Scrimshaw
Day 14, A Macuahuitl of Mesoamerican make + Shark teeth + The Old art of carving usually nautical art on whale bones. ( Scrimshaw)
The Heart of the Wild
Day 15, I've always loved the forest ever since I was a child, but if you've ever been in the woods at night you'd know how quickly that comforting woodsy feel can turn to quickly to sheer terror. I wanted to convey that duality.
Occam's Razor
Day 16, A sword that shatters and turns the battlefield into a magical blender. ( Yes, I know, the name. It was just the best name we had.)
Rencor's Grin
Day 17, A self indulgent body horror nightmare sword, that unexpectedly turned into the star of this year. I think it's at 45k likes last I checked..... I still can't believe it.
The lotus Blade/ The Black Lotus
Day 18, I wanted an indian whip sword, called an Urumi, this year and using that idea, got me to the lotus flower, which made me include a Magic The Gathering reference.
Cadenza
Day 19, The Bardic Blade Cadenza is another collab with a friend this year. Another one of my favorites from this year, this silver blade will cause problems, on purpose for attention.
Consecratus
Day 20, I like to think I'm funny, and I'm right. A Himalayan Salt lamp sword, meant to banish evil and bad vibes.
